Pair of KLH Tweeters and Woofer Speakers From KLH Model Twenty (20) Tested Works
Came from cabinets with serial numbers 123030 and 123031
May fit other KLH speakers as well. Original woofers and tweeters removed from Model Twenty cabinets after base of cabinets were affected by water (less than 1 inch deep). Water began to soak into particle board back of cabinets so all parts were removed before any moisture reached them. They worked very nicely prior to removal. Really nice sound.
My ohm meter may not be exact (it is a relatively cheap one set to 200 ohms range) nonetheless here are my readings (DC resistance) from the wires on the various parts.
- Woofer 1 3.3 ohms
- Woofer 2 3.3 ohms
- Tweeter 1 4.8 ohms
- Tweeter 2 4.9 ohms
Screws are included.
Incredible opportunity to create beautifully sounding pair of speakers either in custom cabinets or to replace parts in a restored Model Twenty.
